Delivery & FAQs

We offer collection, nationwide delivery and worldwide shipping with specialist couriers, made by separate arrangement once an order is placed. Please email us sales@gallerydoozy.com if you require a quote prior to purchase.

  • Once an order is placed you will receive email confirmation. We will then follow up with a telephone call to discuss arrangements for delivery or collection, and answer any further questions you may have regarding your purchase.

  • You will receive an email notifying you when your item has shipped.

    Shipping details and tracking details will be provided in this email, and you will receive further updates from the courier regarding delivery timings.

  • If a certificate exists for the artwork you have ordered, you will receive this with your order.

  • All artworks come framed unless stated otherwise. New bespoke frames and glazing (museum glass in some cases) are expertly done if the original frames are beyond repair. We do not provide a new framing service unless by separate agreement.

  • This service can be provided depending on where you live and will be charged by separate negotiation.

  • We are happy to offer our customers a refund or exchange on all items. As part of our returns policy we must be informed by e-mail the notice to return an item within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Returned goods must be delivered to us within 7-14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and must be received in the same condition as originally sold.

    If you simply change your mind or decide that the item is not to your expectations, then we are pleased to offer a full refund on the items excluding shipping costs. Return postal, shipping or courier charges are incurred at the customers own expense. All initial shipping costs, including packing and insurance are non-refundable.

    Items damaged in transit must be documented (i.e photographed) on delivery and e-mailed to sales@gallerydoozy.com within 48 hours. All the original shipment wrap and packaging must be kept in order to process a successful compensation claim. Please enquire for further details.
