Gallery Doozy is a website and gallery space based in the UK that retails modern and contemporary art and collectables.

We offer additional photos and condition reports by request for every item listed on our website, all of which are available via e-mail or telephone. We deliver nationwide and ship worldwide, please enquire at sales@gallerydoozy.com for a quote.

Currency

All of our prices are in GBP pounds Sterling. International buyers please try www.xe.com for a current exchange rate. Prices do not include delivery unless otherwise specified. Please email sales@gallerydoozy.com prior to purchasing for a delivery or shipping price.

Taxes

Orders are not subject to VAT.

Overseas orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are charged upon arrival to the destination address. These charges are to be paid by the purchaser.

Product

Many of our products available for sale have been restored to, or in some cases preserved in, a good saleable condition. However, due to the nature of antiques & vintage items all of our pieces are subject to signs of use and age related wear.

Every effort is made to ensure that all product images appear as realistic as possible. However, due to the constraints and variations of digital reproduction we cannot guarantee an exact colour depiction. Every care is made to ensure that our descriptions and measurements are as accurate as possible, however some variations may occur.

Authenticity

Most works of art have been bought from reputable Auction Houses or Dealers where strict authentication procedures are undertaken. In some cases, artworks have since been certified by experts and artist foundations. Some artworks come with certificates of authencity and will accompany the sale. In the few cases where authenticity is questioned and not obtained, this will be stated with the item description and be reflected in the price of goods.

Payment

We accept most major credit cards via Stripe checkout including American Express, China UnionPay (CUP), Discover and Diners, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), Mastercard and Visa, Apple Pay and Google Pay are also automatically enabled. Payment in pound sterling can also made via bank wire transfer. All items are priced in (GBP) pounds sterling.

Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery and worldwide shipping with specialist couriers. Please email us sales@gallerydoozy.com for a delivery price.

Items damaged in transit must be documented (i.e photographed) on delivery and e-mailed to sales@gallerydoozy.com within 48 hours. All the original shipment wrap and packaging must be kept in order to process a successful compensation claim. Please enquire for further details.

Returns

We are happy to offer our customers a refund or exchange on all items. As part of our returns policy we must be informed by e-mail the notice to return an item within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Returned goods must be delivered to us within 7-14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and must be received in the same condition as originally sold.

If you simply change your mind or decide that the item is not to your expectations, then we are pleased to offer a full refund on the items excluding shipping costs. Return postal, shipping or courier charges are incurred at the customers own expense. All initial shipping costs, including packing and insurance are non-refundable.

Privacy

Gallery Doozy respects your privacy rights, therefore all of our clients records are private, confidential and secure. When submitting your e-mail or payment details, your information is stored safely within our secure client database and will not be passed on to any third parties.

If at any point you would like your e-mail address to be removed from our database please send an email to us sales@gallerydoozy.com.
